Had you told me yesterday that I would be jumping on board a helicopter around lunch time today, I would have told you that you were crazy! But lo and behold, Amber and I stopped in to see JR Hott of Panhandle Helicopters just to see how business was going and he sent us up in the helicopter within 5 minutes!
I’ve never been in a helicopter in my life and have always wanted to see the difference between plane vs helicopter and it just so happens that Amber had been pondering the same thing! I definitely have to say that at first it seems a little scary because you don’t want that creepy feeling in your stomach like people tend to do when they get air sick, but no such occurrence.
This was probably one of the coolest ways to see Panama City Beach, from a bird’s eye view. To see clear cross from the Gulf of Mexico to West Bay, Amber and I enjoyed seeing our hometown from this angle!
